오토바이 엔진 시동이 안걸릴때? 점검사항(수리 방법)
What if the motorcycle engine won't start? Checklist (Repair method)
1. Is the battery normal? (This can be easily identified by the loudness of the horn.)
2. Check for blown fuse
3. Does the starter motor run well? (motor status)
4. Is the engine plug well energized? (check ignition coil, cdi unit, generator coil condition)
5. Check the condition of the plug
6. Check engine valve condition
Beyond that, there are many other things to check.
But in most cases, I think this level of inspection will solve the problem.
1. 배터리는 정상인가? (크락션 소리의 크기로 확인이 가능하다.)
2. 퓨즈 단선 점검
3. 시동 모터는 잘 돌아 가는가? (모터 상태)
4. 엔진 플러그에 전기가 잘 공급이 되는가? (점화 코일, cdi 유닛,제너레이터 코일 상태 확인)
5. 플러그 상태 점검
6. 엔진 벨브 상태 점검
이외에도 추가로 확인해야 할 사항은 많습니다.
하지만 대부분의 경우에는 이정도의 점검으로 해결이 될것이라 생각됩니다.
1. Is the battery normal? check the crackling sound
배터리는 정상인가? 크락션 소리로 확인 가능
Turn on the power and press the horn to know the battery status by sound volume.
What if the horn sound is low or there is no sound?
The battery needs to be recharged or the battery needs to be replaced.
전원을 켜고, 경적을 눌러서 소리의 크기로 배터리 상태를 알 수 있다.
경적 소리가 작거나, 소리가 나지 않는다면?
배터리를 충전해야 하거나, 배터리를 교체해야 한다.
2. fuse blown check / 퓨즈 단선 점검
When there is no problem with the battery, it is necessary to check that the fuse is not blown.
배터리가 이상이 없을때..퓨즈가 끊어지지 않았는지 확인이 필요합니다.
3. Does the starter motor run well? / 시동 모터는 잘 돌아 가는가?
The brushes inside the motorcycle starter motor are consumables.
It should be considered that the brushes are worn out or parts inside the motor are damaged.
(If you give a shock to the motor, it may work again.. but it will not work soon, so you need to repair or replace it.)
오토바이 시동 모터 내부의 브러쉬는 소모품이다.
브러쉬가 마모가 되었거나, 모터내부의 부품이 망가졌다고 봐야 합니다.
(모터에 충격을 주면, 다시 작동 되는 경우도 있지만.. 곧 작동을 하지 않을 것이니 수리나 교체를 해야합니다.)
4. Is the engine plug well energized?
(check ignition coil / cdi unit / magnet generator coil)
엔진 플러그에 전기가 잘 공급이 되는가?
(이그니션 점화 코일 / cdi 유닛 / 마그네트 제너레이터 코일 확인)
5. Check the condition of the plug (플러그 상태 점검)
- Check for gaps, contamination and deposits.
- Check if there are any cracks
- Check if the plug washer is damaged
- 간극, 오염, 퇴적물을 점검합니다.
- 균열된 곳이 없나 확인
- 플러그 와셔가 손산된 곳이 없나 확인
6. Engine valve check (엔진 밸브 점검)
The engine may not start if the clearance of the engine valve is not matched, and the compression inside the cylinder is weak.
This can be solved by adjusting the valve clearance.
엔진 밸브의 간극이 벌어져서, 실린더 내부에 압축이 약해지는 경우에 엔진 시동이 안걸릴 수 있습니다.
밸브의 간극 조절로 해결 할 수 있습니다.
